🧭 Steps to View a Teams Meeting Recording (After the Meeting)
✅ If You Are the Organizer or Attendee:
Option 1: Via Teams Chat
Open Microsoft Teams.
Go to the Chat tab.
Select the chat for the meeting (named after the meeting title).
Look for the recording file in the chat history. It will appear with a play button (▶️) and may be titled “Recording started...”
Click the recording to watch directly in Teams or open in Microsoft Stream or OneDrive/SharePoint.
Option 2: Via Teams Calendar
In Teams, go to the Calendar.
Click on the past meeting event.
A recording link may appear in the Meeting Details, if it was recorded.
Click the link to view the video in your browser (usually stored in Stream or SharePoint/OneDrive).
Option 3: Via Microsoft Stream or OneDrive/SharePoint
Depending on how your organization stores Teams recordings:
